Ex-Red Sox boss Dombrowski: 'Nobody ever wants to see a player like Mookie traded if you're in an organization'

Appearing on this week’s episode of MassLive’s The Fenway Rundown podcast, former Red Sox president of baseball operations Dave Dombrowski declined to say much about the February trade that sent Mookie Betts to the Dodgers, but the longtime executive did acknowledge that the deal was an unsatisfactory outcome for both the player and team after years of unsuccessful negotiations about a contract extension.
